The study investigated project planning, project identification on performance of NG-CDF Projects in Kapsaret Constituency. The Anchor theory adopted was community participation theory and supported by system and stakeholder theory. A descriptive research design was used with 78 respondents were target population. The study employed a census method. The technique of gathering data involved the use of questionnaires. Ten randomly chosen Kapseret population members participated in the pilot project. SPSS version 28 was used to investigate the quantitative data. To demonstrate the relationships between the variables, inferential statistics such as regression analysis and correlation were employed. Documentation of ethical guidelines, including all correspondence, study dates, and data collection locations, shall be done. Project identification has a considerable impact on NG-CDF performance, according to the study, and there is a significant correlation between the two; hence, the project identification values are statistically significant. The model found that project planning and project identification, were predictor variables that had the most effects on how well NG-CDF performed. Due to the fact that they are the projects' beneficiaries and are fully aware of their advantages, the study suggests that stakeholders be involved in decision-making. In order to help constituents fully participate in CDF projects aimed at improving their standard of living, the study suggests that CDF office staff should inform them of developments. The study suggests that additional research be done on other aspects that are not covered in this analysis, such as monitoring and evaluation, management support, technology, and project members qualification, among others, to validate the findings of this study.
