The digital revolution, which has changed how information is created, shared, and consumed, has had a substantial impact on the educational landscape. Online education has become a major component of modern learning systems, especially in the domains of technical and higher education. Because of the pandemic, there was a quick shift to online education. This showed both the pros and cons of digital learning tools in professional and higher education. Digital accessibility and connection are problems that come up along with chances for education delivery that can be scaled up and changed to fit different needs. To research the obstacles and potential in the integration of online education within higher education, concentrating on pedagogical and infrastructural factors. A composite study approach was used, integrating quantitative surveys of students and professors with descriptive interviews. Using SPSS software to conduct data analysis.
